Laboratorio di Tecnologia dell'Informazione e della Comunicazione

 

  

 Il Laboratorio di Tecnologia dell'Informazione e della Comunicazione si occupa della creazione, dell’implementazione e della ricerca delle tecnologie dell’Informazione e della Comunicazione, ponendo particolare attenzione anche alle applicazioni software e ai componenti hardware che le ospitano. Il Laboratorio si occupa, inoltre, del content management degli altri Laboratori. Sono costantemente in corso le attività di ricerca, di aggiornamento e sperimentazione sulle tematiche proprie dell’ITC e dei Laboratori di Neuroscienze, Epistemologia, Violenza Politica e Criminologia.


 

 

Attività specifiche del Laboratorio

  

 

  • Web designer, con le attività di progettazione, sintesi, scelte estetiche (look and feel),di studio dell'interattività dei siti internet, con particolare attenzione all’usabilità e accessibilità per consentirne un accesso uniform. L’attività del Web designer si occupa, inoltre della visibilità e diffusione tramite canali internet quali social network, circuiti pubblicitari, motori di ricerca, ecc.

 

  • Web Development: sviluppo di applicazioni web, in particolare dello sviluppo del codice di programmazione, dell'ottimizzazione dei database e dei linguaggi di markup.

 

  • SEO (Search Engine Optimization), attività finalizzate ad aumentare il volume di traffico che un sito web riceve dai motori di ricerca. Tali attività comprendono l'ottimizzazione sia del codice sorgente della pagina, sia dei contenuti.

 

  • Architettura di VPN-1/FireWall-1 e sviluppo dei relativi moduli e componenti;

          Definizione di "security policy"

          Implementazione e gestione di "security gateways" ;
          Gestione e diagnostica delle security policies
          Realizzazione ed  implementazione di una network address translation (NAT).

 

  • Ricerca sul Web Semantico: attività di associazione semantica a metadati, con lo scopo di sviluppare un formato adatto all'interrogazione, all'interpretazione e all'elaborazione automatica.
